Wireless Internet Connection
How can I connect my Xbox to my computer that has wireless internet? My computer has a NIC card in it. It has wireless internet. Is there a way to connect and play live with my computer with wireless internet?

I Know Exactly What You Mean, However I Have Tried This Many Many Times All Ending Up Useless... However You Can Get It To Work With KAI and XBC
What I do / What You Need Is...
Needs /
WiFi (You Said You Had)
Laptop With Network Card (you said you had)
Router (duh! puts out wifi!)
Cross-Over Cable
And Your Laptop Needs A Ethernet Port
I Know This Works With KAI And Xbc But Not To Sure About Xbox Live
1.) Open Your Network Connections And Disable All Connections (Make Sure You DO NOT Have ICS (Internet Connection Shareing) On)
2.) Fire Up Le Xbox (With Cross-Over Cable Connectiong Xbox Port Into Computer Ethernet's Port)
3.) Right Click The Ethernet Port And Select "Properties", Then Double Click "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)"
4.) The Select "Alternate Configuration" And For The Ip Put An IP (anyone Will Do), And The "Subnet Mask" (Fills In Automatically) And The "Default Gateway" (Your Router's IP)
5.) Click "OK", Then Click "OK" Again
6.) Enable Your Ethernet Port And Turn On Your Xbox
7.) Give It Time To Connect (May Take A While)
8.) Once Your Connected In The Network Connection Window Right Click On The Wireless Adapter And Select "Properties"
9.) Now Select The "Advanced" Tab (It MUST Be Disabled) And Check The Two "Share This Connection" Check Boxes.
10.) Then Click On And Enable It
11.) Let It Also Connect So Now You Have TWO Connections Active
Fire Up The Kai Engine Or Whatever And Pop-In Halo And Your Good To Go
As For Xbox Live Im Not To Sure About This It May Work, But Enjoy This Little Tut.

i have a 16port router and on top of it a linksys wrt54g that splits to 2 other access points on both ends of my house so wireless connections is never bad with me.
