HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

So, I had hex workshop on my PC a long time ago. Not anymore. But today, after trying to install it, I went to C/Program files/Breakpoint Software/Hex workshop. Nothing's in the folder. So I deleted Breakpoin software and tryied to install it again. All it does is extract the files. Any suggestions? What should I do, or do you have a good Hex editor that will hopefully let me compare to files?

Go to the start menu and then hex workshop folder then try to launch it. And don't delete programs, uninstall them. If that's what you meant to say then sorry.
