my freinds campaign wont load this is what he says happens when he starts it

• he starts a new campaign because hes never played it
  theres the flah moving and halo2 screen
  right when it finishes it goes back to the mainmenu screen

hope you guys can help him

Possibilities:
A) He doesn't have all the maps
B) His disc is damaged
C) His maps are modded and wont load because of some change in them
D) He didn't resign the maps if he did mod them

no its not even going into the video part
