Taking A Map From Halo and Putting it on Halo 2

I was wondering if there was any way that I could take the Death Island or Timberland Maps from Halo PC and transfer them to my Xbox to play on Halo 2.

I know this is partly about the Halo PC and Partly about the Xbox sorry.

So Does that mean I would have to completely model one of those stages then put it on
Like could I take the files of the maps and put them on the Xbox

It is completely impossbile to create any Halo 2 map that is not already in the game.
