[Halo 2] Adding teleporter scenery objects

I know how to add teleporters, but how do you put in the scenery? (visible)

Add scenery chunks to the Scenario with GG's chunk adder
Open the map in ADI
Open the Scnr in Blue Guerilla
Change the new chunks in Scenery

Where can I get the Blue Guerilla plugins?

I searched, but it came with a ton of results, and it wasn't in the first few pages.
