dothalo wont open

ive downloaded the .NET framework, serenity works fine...
but i cant get dothalo or halo2edit to open..
everytime i try to open it, it gives me this message:
and i downloaded both 1.1 and 2.0 to see if it would work..
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!

Please dont double post, use the edit button. What did you do to fix the Dothalo problem?

i didnt realy fix the problem. Everytime i try to open dothalo, HMT, or anything else that needs the .NET Framework.. it give this message

Do you have it in the same folder as all your plugins.

no.. what plugins?? lol
i just downloaded dothalo and opened it with PowerArchiver

Well theres your problem. Just dl it again and open it in the RAR folder, or extract everything in the RAR folder and put it in one folder. Thats why it wont open.
