auto update and new bsp conv. problems

ok so i need to take the 1.1 au off of my halo 2 map pack disc to play these new bsp conversions right? well what is the filepath to find the correct one, i found lik eight different default.xbe's on there seven of which have a number behind them (i.e.) default.xbe.03, default.xbe.04, default.xbe.05 and so on. then one in the root of the disc drive and i believe that is just the one that launches the disk. so basically if you havent figured it out yet i just need to know which one is the correct update i need to play the new bsp conversions without freezing. thanks ahead of time.

Uh, go to E:\TDATA\4d530064\$U
Rename it to E:\TDATA\4d530064\$U_Tural_is_a_pimp

riiight, what? that didnt help. my xbox told me i had an unhandled tural_uber_pimpin' exception, what does that meen?
no really which au do i take off the disk?

installed for the ned bsp conversions, they wont work otherwise (or so i'm told)

Run the multiplayer map disc and install it, don't do it by copying files.

ok so i tried 1.0 1.1 and 1.1b and the only one i could get to work was forgotten meadows on 1.0 but it freezes after i face that column
i tried using covenant asylum and forgotten meadows on all 3 of those updates, i dont get it, other people seem to be able to get them to work. i never had this problem with catacombs or the other one tsf did? he must have a better method of bsp conversion, or maybe it has something to do with he only uses cut scenes, theyre not open ended so they dont lead to another bsp which seems to be what makes them freeze.... either way i am getting off topic, has anyone gotten forgotten meadows or covenant asylum to work? if so do you could you go over your setup here?
i.e.; what au you are using
added map to mainmenu or used it under its original map name
whatever, i need to know all the variables.

The one I have is the first AU, pre-Banhammer. I have no problems.

just to make this clear you have played covenant asylum and forgotten meadows right? did you rename them and add them to your mainmenu or did you keep the original map names?
