Hold More Weapons

Ok, a question for Halo PC:
How the heck do you mod a map so that you can hold three or over weapons in your inv at a time?
I don't mean like hold all 3+ weapons at once...What I mean is just so that you can switch 3+ times with 3+ different weapons.
Anyone ever heard of Sniper's Dream Team Mod1.7 Bloodgulch by Skelito (not AERO!)? Well in that mod you can hold a sniper, a pistol, AND a rocket launcher? How did he do that? I opened the map in HHT v5 and HMT v3.5 but couldn't spot any changes. Could someone please tell me?
