HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

K I'm not usally one to ask at all for help but I honestly got confused for once.

k I downloaded Halo CE yah and entered a valid product key I bought. Good so far. Hit next... It finnished. Went to play and it said please insert the cd-rom. well I was told I didn't need one and was wondering what was up.

If anyone can help me I'll pay them or somethin I honestly don't mind I got a paypal account for example i could pay you with it has a few thousand in it.

The major thing that I don't get though is I did it once before and it worked perfectly!

you need the original halo pc disk to play it, if you entered a product key that was valid and yours then you should own it and known this.

I know that thats what I'm confused about.

so what exactly are you still confused about? yes you need the game disk, no it will not work without it. the only reason you would still have a problem is if you didnt own the game disk and were trying to pirate it.

ok I didn't get what you were saying. I thought I had it in too. lol turns out I had last put in a greenday cd and was listening to that. After I read your post I opened up and noticed. Thanks. I put the cd in and its working now.
