HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

When i try do do almost anything in the program i get this error and it is really annoing.

and no, i am sure it is not being used by another program.

Even if it was open in another program previously and that program is still open but the map may not be. You could still get that error. So try to open it when nothing else is running and see if that fixes it.
