Puting fog on maps that dont alredy have fog

i was wondering if there is a way to put fog on and map that dose not have fog on it alredy (Eg. taking the fog from Backwash and puting it on truf) if there is can some one tell me how

Click and Drag the Sky tag from Backwash to Turf, in Insolence.

so if i take the shy from backwash it will put the fog on it?
