i was wondering if there is a program out there like insolence that can open relic and gemini so that i could take stuff from them and put them in other maps if there is can you post it for me.

You can Hex it, but no, there is no application out there.
Insolence V2 was dropped, I believe.

Yes, tjc is working on IMS. And it should be a pretty good application when it comes out.

He may still be working on it, but a version is out.
