Is there a way to replace sounds in Halo 2?

I just don't think the sounds I've got are very nice for what I'm doing, so I'm wondering if I can inject or use sounds I've got instead. Thanks.

You can replace the music that plays in the mainmenu with normal sound files using the app in
this pack. As for other sound files, I don't know if it is possible. If you can inject sound files, they will have to be Xbox ADPCM wave files the same length or smaller then the ones in the game.

Simply replace the mainmenu music, and then recursive meta extract and inject to another map, and replace the sound you want..
So you're replacing the sound, with the replaced mainmenu music.. If that makes sense..
