Just a quick question about xbconnect...

I should probably just check on the site but I wanted to know if xbconnect would allow you to play xbox live (by xbox live I mean xbconnect) with dial-up. If not, oh well just wondering, if there is one where you can do that (doubt it) please let me know.

actully there is a way to run xbl live on dial up simply by briding so yes you actully could pretty sure

I wouldn't recommend doing that at all. I don't care how badly you want to play online.
Every time somebody with dial-up comes into a game on HPC, I want to punch somebody. The whole game lags up for everybody.
When you have dial-up, it's common courtesy to not play online.

Not the reply i'd like, but yes to be considerate I won't play online... Until I have high-speed internet then i'll just come pwn u cornflakes...

Considering I host my own server half the time I just prefer to boot out the laggers. When I'm not, it's pretty annoying to see a good game go really south because somebody with a bad connection screws it all up.

Well not to sound rude, or to carry old subjects on but I never had the intention to play online with dial-up, it's just I wanted to be able to apply the mods and test them if I decide to start modding, also i'll just have to wait for high-speed to fight you yeah, and thnx royal for backing me up... If I wanted to play xbox live that bad i'd just go over to my friends house, however I can't apply mods there cuz his browser is broken and so we can't find his IP and some other things, although I put some mods on a cd and the programs to open it I did leave out a few things.
