What exactly are ppf files and how do I use them

I have the redrockethog.ppf file and I don't know what to do with it.

I think you'll find more people willing to help you in the New Users section. But you'll need to download PPF-O-Matic and apply the PPF patch to the map you want the red warthog on.

I have that program...just dont know how to incorporate it into the map.

In the ISO get a clean map of the map the ppf goes onto and then in the PPF file put the ppf file in there.

Read The First Part of This Link http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=31955 there that should explain how to do it don't worry about the second part if you're not modding halo 2. But thats how you apply a patch.

Oh sorry, I forgot i was speaking Arabic there, ISO just means map in Lamens terms, or however you spell it.

Oh..ok. So how do I apply the ppf to the map? What exactly do I do to make a patch in PPF-O-MATIC?

You cant creat them in PPF-O-Matic but you can create them in DotHalo or use the sppf app to make them.
