how do you make a nuke?

alright, wow i seem to really be asking alot of questions. i'm still a full out noob at this stuff. i was wondering how to make a nuke for halo pc. i'm look to make the rocket launcher into a nuke launcher. i was wondering what the damage should be for the rocket and also how do i make the explosion look like a nuclear explosion. i've seen some of these explosions that other people ahve made and i was wondering how to make one myself. i think it would be really cool.
now for the second part of my quesiton instead of making a new thread. i was wondering how to make platforms in the sky in bloodgulch. like metal platforms. if anyone could help me with this it would be great. there is going to be a rocket launcher on the top of the platform and, well i guess you guys have seen that before. but i really want to make something like that.
P.S sorry i'm such a noob
