Im alittle new to modding and i want to know how to make your own weapons. Like streach or something else. This is for halo 2 for the xbox. PLZ help ASAP. I have alot of good ideas. Also how do you inject trees in maps and how do you skin. And pla dont flame me or say im a noob... we were all noobs once.

i dont really know if its a program but you can make a weapon anything i dont use it sketchup i dont know if its a program so yea

...You want to model a weapon? You'll need Gmax, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D to create a model. You can use Milkshape 3d to edit existant models.

ok you know more than i do i dont model weapons thats why

I do my modeling in Cinema 4d; if you get the program, feel free to ask me for modeling assistance.

3Ds max is my territory

THANKS. But are any them free foreever. I been using trials for FTP programs and sooner or latter im get s(r3w3d. So any suggestions for free modeling programs or FTp (not illegal though)


EDIT: Since were on this topic, if its ok, what program do you use to skin weapons and maps. THAnks.

1-model sizer,3ds max or milkshape(modelling),adobe photoshop(for skinning, you need dds plugin) and darkmatter for injecting models... youll have to look the tuts up yourself because I dont havem on me

2-for using free ftp clients goto www.flashfxp.com and as for the trial running out well it doesnt store REGISTRY files so you can reinstall it when it runs out up to you
