ok i got that modded htm from

That's what I was thinking but I was sure he had at least opened it and noticed that it is not a trial nor does it require any sort of "activation".
Guess I was wrong.

Click on the orange button that says "tools" HMt and the update is about 2 or 3 pages in.
Page 1 is a bunch of plugins for HMT.
You need microsoft.net to run HMT, theres a link for that there too.

no on that link they gave a modded version of halo modding tools dont i need the origional htm to make it run because mine isnt working

ok when i try installing htm it comes up with "the application has failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) click ok the terminate the application" so i went and read up about it and it said to add the modded version the the origional version. if im wrong plz tell me and tell me the problem. plz

You need the .NET Framework from M$.
Google it.

Make sure..
If you are positive you have the most current, redownload HMT and the such. Then try again.

i think your your talking about the .net and you need the v2 of it, not v1.1
