how to save a dds file

ok i have the dds plugin for paint shop pro and i now where the save as part is and change to dds but when i click save it says (image width and hight are not power of 2) what do i do then

the image size must be in powers of 2 (2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,1024,etc.)
resize it and it should work
