i am just barely smart enough how to use, apply, and load the ppf's

my questions are:
can a sppf be done the same as a ppf?
any major differences between the two i should be aware of?
if a turtle doesnt have its shell, is it naked or homeless?

please advise, and thanks in advance for any replys i may recieve

Well sppf is way better. And the turtle would be naked.

from a software standpoint, can they be used the same?

ie ppf-o-matic and/or dothalo?

In the sppf program there is a sppf applier.

sppf allows you apply a ppf to a rebuilt map
