HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok i have halo version "1.0.0.564"

and when i join a game it says there are no updates avalible whichi kno is false

so i went to the halo site and i found a patch but it only updates version 1.0- 1.0.6 except "1.0.5" to 1.0.7 so i want to know how to update it to 1.0.7

but before when i first installed halo (which was like a year ago it would update fine) but now it wont (i had to unistall and reinstall it for several reasons)

Look in your registry what version is registred.You can change the number and Halo won't need to update anymore

BUT CAUTION:IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING IN THE REGISTRY DON'T DO IT

well i got 1.0.7 by the site i found the right directions

and editing the registry wouldnt update my files so i coulsnt use the 3rd person mode
