xbox problem

Is there a way to creat a boot disk and run it on a soft moded xbox? I need to replace the HDD with a new larger one. Thanx

Yes. They are very easy to make.
All you need is an ISO of the entire dashboard. Say the EvoX .rar you download from Xbins.
Just make an Xbox ISO from it, then burn it to a DVD. Works like a charm.

Upgrading the harddrive requires you format it as a Fat X drive.

XboxHDM is the way to go here. It's really very easy and there's several tut's on Xbox-Scene.

Depending on the drive and version of the Xbox, the success rate can change.
I am pretty sure that it would work; give it a try.
