HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I've been trying several different audio converting programs and all of them apparently don't encode the sound file as a "proper" ADPCM Wave file. Is there a way to fix this, or a better program I can try out?

I think Gold Wave works, ive used it once but I dont know about your type, try it out.

I've tried Gold Wave already, and it doesn't encode it properly. Thanks anyways.
