making weather

I want to make weather on Coagulation, and make it rain. Is this possible? How?

Well, so far you can't add true weather, but you can do animated scenery to simulate it.

would it be possible to use chunk adder to add a weather chunk to the scen tag on coag?

I don't think so...I thought the adding of weather into other maps was impossible (for now)?

Weather is in the bsp and im sure at the momment no one has tried adding chuncks to the bsp thus you got weather.
