Converting a sppf/ppf to serenity

can you convert a sppf/ppf to a serenity file
and still have the file work properly..
I want to do that because its easier to add a pic
for the map in serenity..

umm y don't u just use serenity 2 make a serenity patch after u apply the sppf/ppf?!?!?!?!?! lol.

In English:
Apply the SPPF/PPF to your map
Open Serenity
Make a patch using the map you just applied the PPF to as the modded map

What? I understand like how to do this, but my question is why would you want to apply the patch and make a serenity? Just wondering.

oh, that makes sense I guess. I was going to say mess the sppf mod on purpose so no one can play your mod until they put the serenity on it. Then, the serenity will do it's blocking thing so nobody can takes things from you mods. Oh well...

i tried this with outbreak
and i got an error code...

is there an eaiser way to inserth the pic
if the file is not serenity...

Follow my tutorial, then hex it so that all the slots dont reference the same picture.

i was trying to view the adding pictures wmv
is there a particualar plugin you need for view that
or can you make a link that i can just download that vid to my
desktop...
