Halo PC scope blurr

I've searched everywhere for the mod that makes it so where you zoom in there isnt a blurr. I have a really good graphics card but the only problems is that active camo looks solid, and the scope blurr is really bad. Does anyone know where the mod is to make it so it doesn't blurr?
