Hello, I keep trying to create a server and it never works. Every time I do, when sombody tries to join, it retrys four times and then fails. This same problem happens with many other people I know, please, if you've had this problem and fixed it, please please please please PUH-LEASE, tell me. Thanks for listening, {BKK}

I think it might be Firewall/router Problems

If You have a Firewall, Make sure its allowing halo pc/ce.

And make sure that your own ip is in the trusted list of your firewall.
