ok i injected a model and tthe map loads i dont freeze at all and when i get close to the new model the model goes crazy and stretches all over the place heres a pic

I cant tell from the picture but, it might be that the bitmap has a background to it.All i can see is squarness around the weapon.

No the problem was that the new models filesize is smaller thant the old model file size.

Here's how to get good model injections:
1. Regroup the model so it is all one group.
2. Make sure the model file size is not too small, the shaders have to go somewhere.
3. Some shaders just do that because they are annoying, especially the ones ending in _lod. Swap them with another shader.
