I need help...

I just installed evolution x dashboard onto my xbox console.

And did it the correct way as well.

However when i tried to sign into xbox live for halo 2 i was unable to (HOWEVER)

i was though able to enter my pass code to sighn in and it did complete with no

error message what so ever sooo i callerd tech support to see if my account was banned

or not and theye told me all my accounts were not banned so i dont know what to

do if any assistance in this mattere would be highly appreciated thanks for your time.

you have to coldboot so that it never goes to your dashboard otherwise it wont let you sign in as a saftey feature so you dont get banned.
