HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok, I've downloaded sav3r from 3 different sites and when i unzip them and start the application, it appears a messege and it says: "Component 'MSINET.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"
What am i supposed to do?

Anyone please help.

Do a Ctrl+F (find) and search for MSINET.OCX. Download it.
