I know you can swap them, but as for making a completely new one, I am not sure.
Have you gone through the [bitm] tag list looking for it?

Well, I don't want to make a new one, I just want to change them and not change the whole HUD.

As I do not have any maps on my computer, I am not sure of which tag it will be located in, but check somewhere near the [weap] tag, and/or the [proj] tag.
I will look into more detail when I get home.
