http://www.phpbb.com/ and i do not know how to set it up so can one of you help

This has WHAT to do with halo modding?
Also, phpBB SUCKS SO MUCH ASS, DO NOT USE IT.
Use
SMF instead.

lol halo mods are on that one and that link did not work
