insolence problems

I'm making a mod for relic (nothing special just playing around)
and i tried to use insolence to copy some stuff from the single player, but when i go to load relic, it says that it had a problem loading resources from the resources file please check your setup. I have the .net framework 2.0 installed, all the other map editors can open the same map, except insolence,
it is the most recent update.

EDIT: i tried opening other maps and they all work. i wonder what i did to relic...........

Insolence cannot open Relic.
