can you help me? how do i use photoshop cs to skin the file is a dds. file!

If you have the dds plugin, make sure you have it in the right folder, and you should be able to open them. Also, certain skins from the game are saves as different types of dds files, so you will have to make sure to save them as the same type of dds that it was originally. Example: input(or the original file)DXT1...skinned in photoshop...output(saved as) must=DXT1
