Chunk Adder-Darkmatter(Building Fortess)

Ok Well Ive been modding for a lil bit. I know shader swaps effects swaps etc etc. BUt I want to learn how to spawn objects, Like the famous Skyway contianment mod. I tried the chucnk adder tutorial but I dont know what it does and still dont know- reflexives,chunks,dependiencies or any of that?

Yes I have searched and have found absoloutsy nothing. I found the chunk adder and read the tutorial but how do I put them in certain poisiton.
