onto the web

I know alot of people have been wanting to know this, aswell as me. But how would i be abele to put html files onto the web? so like i could go to http://www.halomodler313.com/ and not a crapy site like freewebs http://www.freewebs.com/halomodler313/ i wnat to make my own website which i know how to do but how can i get it up onto the internet so others can look at it thaks
