which tag in dothalo are used to chage the projectiles form? like i saw in someones mod a sniper rifle shooting out rings instead of bullets

the Proj Tag changes the projectiles.

You didnt see the sniper actually shooting rings. What you saw was the effect of the sniper rifle actually firing. Like instead of the muzzle flash he probably switched the prt3 or pmov to a different effect.
