can some one give me lockout for halo 2 because i can ftp stuff onto my xbox but cant take stuff off

what ftp client are you using?
it should have a download option when you right click on a file

It is illegal to send full map files.

Do not ask for full maps, it is illegal and will not be tolerated on this site.
