How do you add collision to scenery?

Do you mean if you hit a tree for example, you take damage in the vehicle? If so, Use Halo cache editor (dl it at x-b-o-x.net) and there is something called vehicle collision. I havn't done this in a while, but I think that you increase damage. I hope that helps.
