blitkrige plugin failed to inisalise

blitkrige plugin failed to inisalise

ok so I've got the .jms exporter for 3dsmax pyt it in the plugin folder,

but every time i try to load up 3dsmax it says "blitkrige pugin failed to inisalise"

so i need the full version or something to get this to work?
