Sapien Problems! PLZ HELP!!!

Ok, I've had this problem everytime I try and make my own map. When I run start radiosity it goes to 00000000 00000000 0000000 Imediatly and the map is all gray with no textures! I followed the tutorial EXACTLY. I don't know what's wrong. It's not my computer because it is very good. Here is a pic of the probelm. My AIM is electrickiwibird and I'm usually on. PLEASE HELP!!!

Type Radiosity_save or just FIle Save Radiosity
