HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok for some reason when I open up a campaign map and a multiplayer map in Insolence, then try to drag and drop something into my multiplayer map, nothing ever happens. I mean the move box comes up and all but it just sits there. It even asks for the shared.map. I know it has to do a lot of reading and writing, but literally I left my computer on with that move box up for 4 hours and when I came back, still nothing. It was still saying "Moving Object." It doesn't even go to re-linking like it is supposed to. Then when I close out the move box and close Insolence, I checked the size of the multiplayer map and it was over 2GB and I think it gets corrupted in a way because I cant even open it in anything. If anyone knows what might be causing this please let me know.

what tag were you bring over. and make sure you have an UNedited. singlelplaershard.map and an UNedited shard.map and an Unedited main menu in thedirctory as your map.

It doesn't matter what tag I try to bring over. "Sky"; "Weapon"; "Vehicle"; and so on. I guess I will try copying the shared and main menu maps from the Halo 2 disc and then trying again.

Yeah that happened to me to. What you need to do is make sure you havent edited the map yet. Like dont do anything to the map in dothalo and then use insolence. Use insolence first then use dothalo or whatever you mod with......well that fixed my problem anyways. Sorry if i didnt help any...i tried.
