Well, I don't know everything when it comes to networking, but I know enough.
However, in all my days of helping people with their problems, I have never seen a problem quite like this. And apparently, it's quite new to my little 'helpers' on other forums as well. =p
I have no idea where this sprouts from, nor any idea as to what it's doing exactly. But I do know that IE (Even though I don't use it) is slower than Veegie getting banned. And I have a horrible connection to the internet. I know it's not my modem, I made sure of that; it has to be my computer.
So, to get to the point, I need to know if anyone knows either:
A) How to fix this
or
B) Knows of a good 'tech/geek' forum that know alot about computers. My forums have all failed.
The closest thing I would think this to be, is a very fucked up version of IPv6. But I know it's not. It's almost just random code coming from nowhere.
