HMT Problem!!!

(Im on a mac) I downloaded the "Apps needed to mod" and im using HMT.. I was going through the tutorial to change rocket speed until i came to a wierd part. It asys to "Click apple-h" so the hex cauculator will appear. Well i dont see "apple-h" anywhere and i looked very hard...Help please?
