Maybe it the game globals plugin but thats how much you can carry
The best way for it to work it swap out a projectile on a weapon with the weapon frag grenade not the projectile grenade
I don't think there is any other way of making them drop grenades but with the projectile swap you can shot and it will fall on the ground where you want if you wanted something to explode

nor is there a frag grenade weapon
sounds like im missing some plugins
