How Do I Put AI in maps????

hi, how do i put ai in maps, for example: the map BattleGulch made by DECOY and really made by ThinkReddie, i would wanna know how to make it that way, only in a different map, so how do i put ai and make them attack and how do i pick the kind of ai and the marines??????
