[halo 2]Adding fog or weather to a map

I think its possble to add wether to a map. if you need to the the map is Couag i want to add it snowing or wight fog. i sceherd for it but i relly want sure what to look for. plase respond.

For Fog take the backwash sky and add it, even tho it looks really pixelly.
And you cant add weather to a map without weather because weather is part of the bsp
