Player Spawns and Weapon Spawns

I know how to do the technical mumbojumbo... but how do I find the Z coordinate thats the one that throws me off because I want it on top, not in a building.

i have this problem to i always make my weapons spawn inside rocks and stuff.

well it depends which program u are using most programs come up with the z coordinate right next to the y and x values try insolence or ADI with blue guerilla
