Flood on containment

i injected flood on containment but when they die my xbox freezes, what should do?

i have injected many things into various maps and what i have found is that only the grunt and the really tiny flood dont stuff up the game when they die, everything else does. Or you could inject them into campaign coz in campaign it doesnt stuff up.
