Pistol.GBXMODEL from the HEK (.gbxmodel extension).
Basically, ya don't if you want that in, use the PC map for the Milkshape one.
If you want one into Max, use Steelix's GBXmodel converter to convert it to .3ds or .Obj format. The UV's stay so you can apply a texture perfectly.
